CM Punjab solar tube well scheme 2024 is approved now and according to this scheme, more than 7000 farming tube wells will be converted into solar tube wells. The fuel prices in Pakistan are very high which causes a lot of trouble for farmers and the best way to tackle this problem is by converting tube wells into sunlight energy.

The government of Punjab will pay 67% of the total cost and those farmers who would apply for this scheme just have to pay the remaining 33% of the cost. So Govt of Punjab is giving a subsidy of 60% to all the eligible farmers for converting their tube wells into solar tube wells under CM Punjab Solar Tube Well Scheme 2024 .
Eligibility criteria for Punjab Tube Well Solarization project
Those farmers who have at least 25 acres of land are eligible to apply for this scheme. All those farmers approved will get solar tube wells installed at their place and they just had to pay 1/3 of the actual cost. The remaining 2/3 of the amount would be paid by the Government of Punjab.
