Sindh Solar Panel Scheme 2024 announced by the Government of Sindh has confirmed to distribution of 2 lac solar panels in the whole including Karachi. This program is started in 2024 by the Sindh govt and in cooperation with the World Bank to fight against the energy crisis in lower-income houses of Sindh. This program will provide a complete solar panel system to eligible families at very cheap rates.

Who will get solar panels in Karachi?
All the eligible candidates in Sindh can benefit from this scheme. Here are the eligibility criteria,
· Only residents of Karachi and Sindh will get free solar panels
· Families have lower income will be preferred.
· Those who have electricity consumption of less than 100 units will be eligible to apply.
· A bank account in Sindh Bank is also required.
Solar panel cost?
The solar system provided under the Sindh government solar scheme in 2024 has just the cost of 7,000PKR. So by just paying 7,000 PKR residents in Sindh can get free solar panels installed at their houses. This solar system will include solar plates, batteries, inverter, charging devices, bulbs, and fans.
