Sindh Solar Panel Scheme 2025, announced by the Government of Sindh, has confirmed to distribution of 2 lac solar panels in the province, including Karachi. This program was started in 2025 by the Sindh government and in cooperation with the World Bank, to fight against the energy crisis in lower-income households of Sindh. This program will provide a complete solar panel system to eligible families at very cheap rates.

· Only residents of Karachi and Sindh will get free solar panels
· Families have lower income will be preferred.
·     Those who have an electricity consumption of less than 100 units will be eligible to apply.
· A bank account in Sindh Bank is also required.
Solar Panel Cost?
The solar system provided under the Sindh government solar scheme in 2025 has a cost of 7,000PKR. So by just paying 7,000 PKR, residents in Sindh can get free solar panels installed at their houses. This solar system will include solar plates, batteries, an inverter, charging devices, bulbs, and fans.

To apply online for this scheme, you have to visit the nearest Sindh Bank because the solar panels will be distributed through that.
