The eligibility criteria for Roshan Ghana program registration is very simple as only the Punjab residents can apply for this scheme. Every Punjab resident family having electricity consumption of less than 200 units per month can apply for this scheme and get free solar panels.
But families with more than 300 units per month consumption will not get solar panels entirely free and they have to pay only 10% of the actual amount. The rest 90% would be paid by the Government of Punjab under the Roshan Gharana Scheme.
